Smaller orders typically take 2-5 weeks. Larger orders typically take 6-8 weeks. Lead time varies with finish requirements and factory workload — your quote will include a current lead time.

Three options: (1) Open Net-30 credit line (3-4 days to process a credit application), (2) Credit card on a card authorization form (billed at shipment), or (3) 50% down at order, 50% at shipment.

5 years against defects in material and workmanship as standard. Finishes carry their own warranties. Extended warranties available at additional cost.

No — we're a direct-selling manufacturer. We don't install and we don't maintain an installer network. All products ship with detailed installation instructions; general field labor can install them.

Based on customer feedback, rough estimates are: Wall louvers 10-12 min/sq ft of face area; standard equipment screens 8-10 min/sq ft; direct mount equipment screens 13-15 min/sq ft; sunshades 12-15 min/sq ft. Multiply by prevailing local labor rates.

Brick vents only. Everything else is made to order. Our manufacturing is flexible — we will size products to your project.

A very limited inventory of model E2JS wall louvers — call to check availability. Everything else is manufactured to suit.

Products ship in boxes when sizes permit; otherwise on pallets, skeleton-crated for protection. We ship via package freight or LTL/full-truckload — never flatbed. Common carriers are used.

Standard ground freight is included in every quote. For expedited freight, call or email and we'll add the additional cost.

All our product evaluations and testing use the ASD (Allowable Stress Design) method. The wind loads in our literature are service loads, not ultimate loads.
